- customer order management
- create and manage sales documents including single orders and scheduling agreements.
- creation and monitoring of outbound deliveries.
- communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers.
- maintain customer portals.
- manage procedures, guidelines as well as customer specific requirements.
- prepare and analyze inventory and cdp reports.
- monitor the delivery performance of each customer.

- support eop and pcn processes.
*profile*:
- bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or logistics.
- english spoken and written (b2)
- three years of professional experience required
- inventory management, sap and data analytics (excel, power bi)
- experience with ford, bmw and honda.
