purpose
the tender analyst has a solid track record in managing bidding processes in the public sphere, with strong attention to detail, compliance, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate complex processes, including post-tender contract administration.
you will be responsible for
* analyzing bidding rules and evaluating participation feasibility.
* preparing technical, legal, administrative, and economic offers for direct sales.
* supporting marketing and distributors in participating in various procurement events.
* conducting general analysis of government procurement events, verifying product availability, event validity, delivery dates, and quantities.
* collecting, verifying, and generating documentation for procurement participation.
* responding to quotes for direct sales to public institutions.
* monitoring relevant bidding opportunities.
* organizing contract documents and ensuring proper signatures.
* coordinating with regulatory affairs for technical document updates.
* using platforms like compranet and portal issste to review events.
* supporting field activities and contract signatures as needed.
* managing purchase order and tender master files.
* training distributors and sales teams.
* generating support documents for government sales operations.
qualifications / requirements
* bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, economics, or legal studies.
* proficiency in english.
* at least 4 years of experience in the medical devices industry, specifically in bids and tenders and government sales, with knowledge of public procurement regulations (laassp).
* excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* ability to think creatively and work independently to meet deadlines.
* advanced excel skills.
