You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
key responsabilities
provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team
support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures
troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities
drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality
collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition
document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports
setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5s principles.
manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverables
carry out down time analysis related to smt machines
you must have
5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes
experience of smt equipment (dek machine, panasonic pick & place, heller and aoi koh young)
excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
effective communication and interpersonal skills
experience in the manufacturing industry
knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
familiarity with cmms (computerized maintenance management system) software
leadership and team management skills
continuous improvement mindset
mid-level english (reading and writing is necessary)
high school diploma or equivalent
proficiency in ipc 610
