*what you will do*:
your core responsibility will be to schedule appointments for home improvement services and be a role model for all team members in all aspects of the job. You will talk with customers via phone to secure booked appointments and communicate with our internal teams to ensure every job is well communicated, increasing the likelihood that every project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We have a high-volume, fast-moving team and you'll need to be a master at multitasking.
you will be accountable for your team's performance. You will be expected to motivate your team and be responsible for keeping them on target to goal. This includes giving an unlimited amount of shout outs along with holding team members accountable to expectations. You also must be open to coaching and feedback with unwavering execution of that feedback.

Base pay, along with bonus opportunities are available for this role.
- achieve booking quota - have 30%+ completion rate
- responsible for off peak improvements and lead distribution
- adjust humanity clock-in and clock-out errors
- give feedback to team members on bookings that are below expectations
- assist in improving policies, procedures and systems by providing feedback to your manager
- assist in new hire training
- assist in team calls
- hold team members accountable to their daily schedules
- exceed kicker goals given by manager
- assist in performance management
- identify and execute coaching opportunities with teammates
- provide feedback to manager to help team members, improve process, improve tools, messaging and overall team performance
- contagious positivity and an example of professionalism to be a role model for others to look up to
- monitor team chat rooms to answer questions from team members immediately.
- responsible to help 100% of your team achieve minimum quota expectations
- conduct bi weekly 1:1's with team members to help them achieve goal and identify areas of improvement
- understand each agents personal and professional goals so you can hold them accountable to those standards
- read all team lead training materials as expected
- proactive in helping the team and handling any escalations
