responsibilities
* coordinate the control section of the assigned production floor area for the construction of harnesses that meet the requirements of different clients, adhering to the production plans, through proper administration and direction of the personnel in charge.
* maintain adequate administration of the production floor and correct handling of materials, personnel, systems and finances to achieve safety and people objectives as well as compliance with the sqdipk indicators.
* manage compliance with sqdipk performance indicators, quality, volume, and cost objectives.
* maintain a positive work environment; train and develop staff under your supervision.
* manage people and safety objectives; continuously improve manufacturing processes.
* implement and monitor the manufacturing operating system.
* manage the assigned budget and cost model.
* ensure compliance with the 5s methodology in the assigned area.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree.
* intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
* proficiency in ms office.
* minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process.
* experience in automotive industry (required).
