As a strategic talent acquisition professional, you will lead the recruitment process for various positions across our organization. We are seeking an individual with a passion for building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring strategies that support business growth.
what you'll bring:
* a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, with a proven track record of attracting, evaluating, and engaging top talent.
* expertise in using ats platforms and ai-powered tools for sourcing and candidate assessment, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
* a strong ability to collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, and to develop targeted sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
* experience tracking and managing recruitment kpis, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
* business-level english, with the ability to engage in confident and professional conversations with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* a proactive, strategic, and data-driven mindset, with a focus on analyzing recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive results.
what you'll do:
1. develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of hire.
2. design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using ats and ai tools, to identify and engage top talent across multiple roles.
3. collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, and to develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet those needs.
4. build and maintain dashboards to track kpis such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness, and to continuously monitor and improve recruitment performance.
5. ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer extension.
6. analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and to inform decisions around recruitment strategy and process.
