You will be based in queretaro or guadalajara and be a part of the admx (americas delivery mexico) team, serving our clients with international operations.

work you'll do:
as an analytics intern
, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an analyst. As an intern supporting analytics, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation support and application knowledge. Additionally, you will be involved in the following activities: the analytics intern believes data tells powerful stories. They enjoy performing exploratory data analysis and data processing to arrive at patterns to define analytical models. As part of america's delivery center, they are part of a us team that is building an analytics dashboard to help their client identify top-selling products and areas for improvement. They create dashboards using tools like python, r programming, and power bi, or tableau, and enjoy helping clients increase operational efficiency and create business value through the use of data.
required qualifications:
• bachelor's degree completed or anticipated completion by june/july 2025 or december 2025 in actuary, data science, statistics, mathematics, financials, business tech, systems.
• advanced english level
• full-time availability
• location queretaro
• must be legally authorized to pursue a professional career in mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
preferred qualifications:
• data crunching, modeling & statistical experience
• database design
• critical thinking, analytical skills, operational/process design and analysis
• programming language knowledge: python, sql, oracle.
• technology interest, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings.
• software aptitude in powerpoint, ms project, access, excel, and/or visio
• strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
• strong academic track record (recommended 7/10 gpa or equivalent)
