your mission, roles and responsibilities
essential responsibilities and duties:
* ensure reliable financial information.
* oversee costing calculation and reporting tasks.
* manage financial aspects of operations to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.
the main missions of the role are
* guarantee the accuracy of accounting and financial information for the plant, ensuring compliance with group, business group, and division policies, including relevant accounting and tax rules.
* ensure budgetary control of the plant.
* identify and analyze variances between forecasted and actual results.
* monitor raw materials and margins on goods sold in a standard costing environment.
* validate the economic justification of investments and track their follow-up.
* develop plant budgets and forecasts, and prepare plant reports according to procedures and deadlines.
* propose recommendations and support decision-making for the plant.
* participate in developing action plans, including financial evaluation and follow-up.
* control the plant's operating cash flow, including investments, receivables, payables, and investments.
* manage the dedicated financial team.
your profile and competencies to succeed
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or related field.
* minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment, including experience in a program team.
* proficiency with sap and related financial reporting tools.
* fluent in english.
* experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
