You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey, including erp security, business process and it general controls, and guide clients on leading‑practice recommendations.
role description
as part of the system transformation – oracle team you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large‑scale digital solutions such as oracle. As a senior associate, you will motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. This role provides the chance to work on diverse engagements and help clients gain confidence in their internal controls and governance processes.
responsibilities
* provide assurance over the controls dimensions of large‑scale business transformations on both audit and non‑audit engagements.
* assess the client’s approach for sdlc, erp security, business processes, key reports and it general controls while educating clients on leading‑practice recommendations.
* utilise innovative solutions to manage risk and controls throughout the transformation journey.
* motivate, develop and inspire teammates to deliver quality and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm.

* must have oracle cloud fusion/oracle ebs experience.
* familiarity with system development life cycle (sdlc) controls and their supporting artifacts.
* experience in documenting walkthroughs for business and it processes and sdlc activities.
* experience in testing it application/automated controls (itacs) within the general ledger, procurement, payables, order management, receivables, asset modules of oracle.
* experience in testing key reports, ensuring the risks related to ipe (information produced by entity) are addressed.
* strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with us‑based teams and clients.

* managing client engagements and internal projects, including budgets, risks and quality assurance.
* supporting engagement managers in drafting client deliverables for review by engagement leaders, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
