About the role
we are looking for a senior consultant specialized in workday finance implementations to join our finance transformation practice. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in workday financial management and/or workday adaptive planning (formerly adaptive insights) who are passionate about driving end-to-end finance transformation projects for leading global organizations.

key responsibilities
• lead and support finance & accounting transformation initiatives using workday financials and adaptive planning.
• perform current state assessments, benchmarking, and design future operating models for finance functions.
• execute workday system implementations: requirements gathering, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• configure financial planning and consolidation modules to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• drive change management: develop communication strategies, conduct end-user training, and ensure successful adoption.
• contribute to business development efforts including proposal writing, presentations, and client workshops.
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and scalable finance solutions for global clients.

qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or engineering (master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, ideally in big four or top-tier consulting firms (deloitte, ey, pwc, kpmg, accenture).
• hands-on experience with workday financial management and/or workday adaptive planning (adaptive insights) as implementer.
• strong knowledge of finance processes: general ledger, consolidation, fp&a, treasury, ap/ar, fixed assets.
• familiarity with integrating workday with other erp/epm systems is a plus.
• excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• experience working with global teams and multinational implementations.
• fluency in english (verbal and written).
