*what you will do*leads the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.
responsibilities • maintaining processes for assessing and reviewing changing business needs for professional skills, leadership, and organizational development programs.
• designing programs for learning and development initiatives which support business goals.
• providing consulting services on design and development of solutions for professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development problems and issues.
• implementing programs with efficient use of resources, including working with vendors and technology solutions, to achieve learning goals aligned to business objectives.
• evaluating existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommending appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.
*skills you have*problem solving:* knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
*collaborating:* knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
*training needs analysis:* knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
*training solution development:* knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools and techniques; ability to utilize the knowledge for developing a solution to stated training needs.
*what you have:* bachelor ´s degree (industrial, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical)* experience 2 years in manufacturing or assembly process* language: language: advanced english *top candidates will also have:* 2+ year in assembly process*note: this position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
