Job description
arquitect specialist in layout, designing, 3d modeling and innovation for building enhancement. Ensure current manufacturing building keeps the layout updated supporting launching programs, production areas requirements and layout rearrangements.
ensure the design of interiors within and outside the manufacturing building by transforming existing physical areas starting with modeling and rendering to provide a clear vision of the improvements.
responsibilities
responsible of the plant layout management, rendering and design of spaces, support to production and services areas in designing and layout requirements. Also manage the current commodity and construction contractor and all topics related to construction permits payments, annual government payments (predial) and team work with the different disciplines and areas in the plant.
ensurelaunching programs with optimized spaces complying nom-stps guidelines andford construction standards such as civil engineering, arquitecture acceptance and safety requirements. Management of furniture inventory and renewal projects.
start projects from beginning up to execution on floor ensuring scope of work, quotations, material selection and biddings with contractors working along with ford purchasing team to make sure lowest costs and invoice payments.
lead and participate in local and national committee looking to innovate, learn best practices. Contribute to reach and continuously improve the performance indicators of safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, maintenance and enviromental.
2-20 contractors in charge depending of each project.
qualifications
bachelor degreed:arquitect (candidate must proof expertise)
interior/exterior designing and rendering (2 – 3 years minimum)
usage of design and layout packages autocad, bim 360, canva, sketch up, revit, planner 5d or any other designing software.
microsoft office
sap preferred
work with multidisciplinary areas (mechanical, electrical, environmental)
costs and budgets
proactive, negotiation skills, organization.
creative and focus to details, problem solver and initiative
construction supervision experience and leading execution groups is a plus.
corel draw/ adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, in design) is a plus
