Analyst role will support the operations field personnel by managing the regional accounts in the us, create mass material orders, manage the value-added promotions, monitor contracts and programs ensuring they align with operational timelines, and manage warehouse units within the company crms, the analyst will become an expert in trade marketing activities, as well as the bridge between the operations field and the rest of the support areas.
*your key responsibilities will include*:- provide support to all the field trade marketing personnel, including:- managing and executing mass updates for regional accounts within the crm.- oversee and coordinate a high volume of field trade marketing requests.- management and creation of chain structures for regional and strategic accounts.- ensuring continuous coverage to support field operations daily.- oversee and monitor contracts and programs for independent and chain accounts to ensure alignment with payment terms and operational schedules.- coordinating and executing mass orders for materials required by the field operations team, ensuring timely procurement and alignment with operational needs to support seamless field activities.- secure a storage unit that meets division manager and field requirements and coordinate the closure and vacating process of old units as needed.- trade promotions report development for regional and strategic accounts, ensuring the precision and reliability of these reports to minimize risks and disruptions in operational processes and supply chain.
*what are we looking for?
*- bachelor's degree required, marketing, business administration or related.- knowledge and experience with salesforce and experience trade marketing or operations.- fluent english: written and speaking.
(advanced).- highly skilled with microsoft office.

(advanced powerpoint).
desirable basic knowledge of power bi.- demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written, to have the appropriate level of interaction with stakeholders, kams and directors.
