as a change and process engineer jr at alten mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the diferent parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.
change coordination process
* implement global change coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools.
* support change coordination meetings and process.
* enforce change coordination process.
* hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs/deliverables/approvals.
* alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates.
timing/scheduling
* facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, engineering, finance, manufacturing, and program coordination.
* own timing of change control steps, inputs, and approvals in line with agreed program/change timing.
* schedule all change coordination tasks to achieve overall change approval/release timing.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in automotive systems, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or equivalent.
* 2 years of experience in project and changes management
* knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* excellent communication and coordination skills.
* strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
* knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
* ability to work independently and in a team environment.
