*key responsibilities*:
- *strategy development*: develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and target market segments.
- *campaign planning and execution*: plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive qualified leads and new customer acquisitions.
- *market research*: conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- *conversion optimization*: collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion funnels, improve conversion rates, and maximize roi.
- *data analysis*: analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and refine acquisition tactics.
- *budget management*: manage the acquisition budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
- *cross-functional collaboration*: work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of acquisition efforts across the organization.
- *reporting and analytics*: prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
experiência y requisitos
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- demonstrated success in developing and executing effective customer acquisition strategies.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and draw actionable insights.
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
- proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and crm systems.
- knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition and lead generation.
