job description
as a junior account manager at zoek marketing, you will serve as the first line of support for clients, responding promptly to incoming calls and messages. Your key responsibilities include assisting clients with their needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring each interaction strengthens our client relationships. This role is centered on reactive communication, prioritizing responsiveness and effective problem resolution as the primary point of contact for our clients.
client communication:
* be the first point of contact for clients' communications with zoek, maintaining regular communication with clients via email, text, phone, and meetings.
* handle client feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner, working with internal teams to address and resolve any issues.
* provide updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any changes as requested.
client relationship management
* onboard new clients to the zoek platform and ensure all connections are established.
* manage negative reviews by contacting clients and resolving disputes with exceptional customer service.
* confirm renewing subscriptions with clients to reinforce value and ensure revenue retention.
* contact clients with payment issues to update information or collect payment.
business growth
* identify and surface opportunities to expand value with existing clients to the account management team.
* address possible issues proactively by reviewing reports and showcasing value to clients.
industry knowledge
* stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
* provide strategic insights to clients
* represent zoek marketing at client meetings and presentations as needed.
key responsibilities:
* manage multiple client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
* identify and surface upsell opportunities to grow accounts
* effectively manage client expectations while maintaining existing services
* assist clients with set-ups such as zoek business hub and domain connections
qualifications:
* proven track record in customer service and/or account management
* strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* experience in digital marketing or a related field
* ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

requirements:
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or 3 years in a related field.
* proven experience in a client-facing role within the digital marketing industry, with a strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
* strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* solid understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, including seo, sem, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
