Overview
We are looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join a New York home health agency. The role focuses on digital marketing performance, competitor analysis, and collaborating with third-party specialists for Google Ads and SEO. This role ensures data-driven strategies and campaign optimizations.
Key Skills Required
- Your own computer and reliable internet access
- Spoken and written English proficiency (Spanish and Russian are a plus)
- Computer skills (Gmail, Excel, CRM, working with different file formats)
- Experience with analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising
- Competitor and market research skills
- Strong collaboration and communication for coordinating with third-party partners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High level of stress resistance
Responsibilities
- Manage and run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Track and analyze Google Ads performance and refine campaigns
- Research keywords and monitor SEO efforts, suggesting adjustments when needed
- Optimize and promote YouTube content (metadata, tags, paid ads, etc.)
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
- Track digital marketing performance and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations
