To stimulate our beauty tech transformation, we have created the tech factory team, a product delivery organization (startup inside the big ship) to deliver transversal use cases that will drive the tech transformation of the group, covering all business and functional domains under a network of international hubs. Job responsibilities design, develop and deploy integration solutions using informatica, rest apis, ipaas, eda/microservices technologies. Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts. Develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range. Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including enterprise architecture, devops, cloud engineering, and product owners to ensure cohesive solutions. Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape. Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities partnering with enterprise architecture, security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics. Required qualifications degree (bachelor or masters) in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience 3 years of proven experience as a software development lead, integration architect and/or as software developer outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and it collaboration. Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required: strong knowledge of informatica. Hands on any of the ipaas (mule soft, boomi, etc) and or apigee knowledge of container orchestration technologies (kubernetes/docker) is a plus. Industry knowledge/experience within supply chain, sales, e-commerce, loyalty, crm, retail, mobile apps demonstrated ability to manage projects and strong ability to influence others. Agile/product experience is a plus. Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations. Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams.
