Job summary: the site and plant manager is a pivotal role within our organization, combining the responsibilities of overseeing construction projects with the management of our production facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both the construction site and the plant, adhering to safety standards, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality output.
*key responsibilities*:
*site construction management*:
oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Resolve construction-related issues and ensure quality control standards are met.
*plant management*:
oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, including manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
*safety compliance*:
develop and enforce safety protocols for both the construction site and the plant. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with osha and other regulatory standards.
*quality assurance*:
monitor and ensure the quality of both construction work and manufactured products. Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
*resource optimization*:
manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, for both construction and production. Monitor and control costs to ensure project profitability and operational efficiency.
*subcontractor and vendor management*:
select, hire, and manage subcontractors and vendors for construction projects. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for plant operations.
*regulatory compliance*:
ensure all construction and production activities comply with local, state, and federal regula
