salary: $1,100 - $1,200 usd/month about the role: we are seeking a paid media associate who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in media buying. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to build expertise in google ads, meta (facebook/instagram), and tiktok ads. Key responsibilities:
● assist in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
● learn and develop skills in google ads, facebook ads, and tiktok ads.
● conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.
● support senior team members in developing and implementing paid media strategies.
● monitor and report on key campaign metrics. Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising (google ads, meta, or tiktok ads).
● basic knowledge of media buying and campaign setup.
● strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● fluent in english (spoken and written).
● highly proactive and eager to learn.
