#lead and coordinate the crm team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.manage the crm operation and sap, ensuring data quality and seamless integrations.analyze core kpis: retention, frequency, engagement, and campaign performance.partner with marketing, brands, e-commerce, analytics, and retail to align business priorities.manage relationships with crm agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.
#solid experience in crm, loyalty, or customer engagement, including at least 1-year leading teams.strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.experience with google analytics, sap cortex, and salesforce (nice to have).
