Active Directory Administration Role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the administration of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and ADFS.
Responsibilities:
- Active Directory administration
- Provide first line of support for AD DS and ADFS
- Maintain PKI certificates for end users and devices
- Proactive monitoring of all ADFS/AD DS environments
- Participate in SWAT and incident-related calls with application areas
- Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for AD DS and ADFS infrastructure
- Creation and scheduling of changes required for the execution of infrastructure tasks
- Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes, and enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant AD DS experience, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM, and other cloud/federated identity management systems
- Team management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Higher level technical educational cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, determined, with a high capacity for teamwork
- Ability to work with clients and technical staff to assist in root cause analysis
- Work well under pressure and timelines to produce results
- Experience working with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.
