qualifications
* minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager in labor-intensive manufacturing environments.
* bachelor's degree in engineering or a related administrative field.
* strong organizational skills, time management, and planning abilities.
* excellent communication skills with internal teams and plant personnel.
* proven ability to manage and organize departmental objectives.
* positive, proactive leadership style.
* strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate operational risks.
* flexibility and availability to meet special area requirements.

* proficiency in computer tools, particularly microsoft office.
