your mission
were looking for a dynamic field sales executive to lead the end-to-end sales process with strategic accounts in the monterrey region. You'll identify prospects, conduct persuasive product demos, and close deals through a consultative, value-driven approach.
key responsibilities
* actively prospect and engage potential clients through field sales strategies.
* conduct compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
* prepare and present customized commercial proposals.
* lead contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes.
* coordinate with internal teams (marketing, implementation, customer success) to ensure a smooth onboarding.
* oversee project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
* monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
* use crm tools (preferably hubspot) to manage pipeline and track interactions.
* consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
requirements
* must be based in monterrey or the metropolitan area.
* bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
* proven experience in b2b saas field sales with a consultative approach.
* end-to-end sales experience (prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account management).
* willingness to travel as part of the role.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* intermediate excel skills.
* experience using crms (hubspot is a plus).
* fluent in spanish (spoken and written).
