Manage the relationship with the sales department to keep open communication for a clear understanding of the customers' needs, and make sure the strategy and guidelines are followed based on these needs. Evaluate the sales, margin, promotion and activities at the customers' sites reports, for analysis and proposal of action plans to correct any variation. Analyze and generate reports based on the market information, invoicing, sales, customers, inventories and visits to the points of sales, to make sure the strategy is being correctly implemented and propose action plans to correct any variation. Guide all communication tools to assure the category positioning in the market to achieve the sales objectives. Establish a healthy and effective relationship with the bu to ensure project execution and provide strategic direction that inspires future initiatives based on local market trends. Ensure efficient and healthy inventory management, preventing both shortages and slow-moving or obsolete stock (slobs). Coordinate with key internal teams (supply, trade, communications, demand) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing portfolio management.
