You'll own the technical solution end-to-end, from architecture to delivery, ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with business goals.what you will doprovide technical direction and architectural oversight for backend (python) and frontend (react) components; provide insights about ai utilization in assisting users; end-to-end ownership of the technical solution; translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality implementation; design scalable, maintainable architectures leveraging heroku (initially) and aws (long-term); ensure clean, secure, and testable code through code reviews and best practices; mentor engineers and define development standards across the project; support ci/cd setup, environment provisioning, and devops coordination; collaborate with pm and designer to define the technical roadmap and support inception activities.must haves6+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
