What you will do
the business intelligence analyst will lead the development and support of analytic tools and reports for risk mitigation within the sustainable infrastructure (si) services operating platform.

* collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* develop and maintain microsoft bi tools, dashboards and reports.
* collect and analyze datasets from various sources.
* identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making.
* optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality.
* conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* develop and implement data governance policies.
* provide training and support to end-users on microsoft bi tools and reports.
what we look for
* 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
* bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems or related degree.
* fluent english
* familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., tableau, power bi, power apps).
* proficiency in programming languages (e.g., sql, python, etc.).
* experience in process automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
