what you’ll do
- identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments
- schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the crm
- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
- follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel
- meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets
- stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings
what we need
- atleast 3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or outreach role for an it/saas/tech company
- experience working u.s. business hours in a remote or global team setup
- hands-on experience with crm systems (preferably hubspot)
- strong written and verbal communication skills in english
- ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach
- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- experience in saas, insurtech, or insurance is a plus
- must be based in the us/mexico/canada
