when you join pwc acceleration centers (acs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various acceleration center services, from advisory to assurance, tax and business services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. as part of the quality engineering team you lead end-to-end loyalty and digital engagement program testing and validation. As a senior associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold rigorous standards. You are focused on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

what you must have
- bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science

skills required for this position
· must have: jmeter, apm, dd, deep understanding of microservices performance, nosql dbs - mongodb, async architecture patterns, ui/client-side performance, performance metrics
· nice to have: ado, alt
· bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
· proven experience in performance engineering, performance testing, and optimization.
· strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical teams.
· proficiency in performance testing tools such as loadrunner, jmeter, gatling, or similar.
· proficient in capturing performance metrics and analysis across the web applications, databases and asynchronously connected systems architecture.
· knowledge of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., dynatrace, new relic, appdynamics).
· excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
· strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
· experience in cloud environments and microservices architecture.
· familiarity with agile and devops practices.
· knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., python, java, javascript).
