As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within the Industrial Automation sector in Mexico City. You will develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while driving revenue growth.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Mexico City, Mexico location on a Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company’s market presence and revenue growth in the Industrial Automation business by effectively managing strategic accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Manage and grow key customer accounts within the Industrial Automation sector in Mexico City.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
4. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the Industrial Automation or related industry.
5. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and strategic account planning.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Experience in identifying business opportunities and delivering customer-focused solutions.
