*position*:
the production control coordinator is in charge of:
- ensure on time in full, deliveries according to customer demand
- good communication with clients (english fluent)
*activities*:
the main tasks of the production control leader are:
establish and manage the programs request in accordance with the delivery forecasts provided by customers.
manage the smoothing of machining and assembly line according manufacturing product schedule (updated production follow up, pda, capacity calculation )
coordinate the different actors of the industrial management involved in the production (assembly, procurement, logistics, manufacturing...).
analyze the performance indicators of the activities related to deadlines and on time in full.

manage the risk analysis of supply chain and recovery plans
the main technical skills of the production control leader are:
follow the progress of the planning, identify the reasons for the deviation, ask the services concerned to put in place the necessary corrective actions and to follow them up.
to have a general industrial culture.
to have notions of logistic.
to know the main principles of machining and assembly line,
to know the organization of the company: products, professions, industrial means and organization,
to have basics of production management (lean, fod ),
to know the management of non-conforming quality (fnc, derogation...)
*requirement*:
- university level people, diploma
- managerial, verbal and written communication skills
- confident with excel and word
- work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
- knowledge of english
- knowledge of logistic, mrp processes and rules
- leadership, cooperation and teamwork
- result orientation
- desirable experience at least 5 year
