The ideal candidate will have an established network of media contacts and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and managing the entire sales cycle - from initial outreach to deal closure. Key responsibilities expand our reach in the latam region by identifying and targeting new business opportunities. Approach and engage prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel, leading negotiations through to closing and contract signing. Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting against kpis. Collaborate with internal teams while also working independently to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a cross-cultural communication approach. Provide regular updates and insights to management through stable reporting practices. Manage and support crm and cms tools effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up. Travel as needed across the region to meet with clients and represent the company. Support in maintaining newly acquired clients engaged to ensure long-term relationships and satisfaction. Requirements proven track record in sales within the news media industry across the latam region, with a solid understanding of b2b dynamics and the operational frameworks of news agencies. Ideally, have an established network of contacts within media groups, television organizations, and digital publishers. Strong prospecting and closing skills, with the ability to drive deals independently. Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills across diverse cultural contexts. Fluency in spanish is a must, and good proficiency in english (written and spoken) and fluency in portuguese is a plus. Strong knowledge of microsoft office tools. Familiarity with crm and cms platforms. Availability and willingness to travel across latam. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
