This role plays a key part in programming, testing, and supporting plc and hmi systems—especially insortation and conveyor automation. A solid background instudio 5000 andallen-bradley plcsis required. Experience inpost and parcel operationsis highly preferred.key responsibilities
lead onsite commissioning of plc and hmi controls for automated material handling systems
program, troubleshoot, and optimizeallen-bradley plcsusingstudio 5000
perform i/o validation, qa/qc testing, and ensure system readiness
supportbuat/uat/fat testingand post-installation technical assistance
provide training and technical support to customers and cross-functional teams
maintain accurate documentation and enforce safety and compliance standards
required qualifications
bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechatronics, controls, or similar)
minimum 4 years of experiencein controls engineering for material handling systems
studio 5000 andallen-bradley plcprogramming expertise
experience with conveyors, mdrs, sorters, and high-speed sortation systems
familiarity withpost and parcel operationsis a strong advantage
technical skills
