* develop, implement, and maintain it service management processes aligned with best practices (itil).
* oversee the daily operations of the service desk to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of incidents and requests.
* monitor and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
