Your tasks
1. Coordinating and steering of chm at the location.
- initiate, coordinate and execute a systematic, integrated chm, including evaluation and quality assurance
- leading the local steering committee/health team
2. Communication and marketing of chm at the location
- organization and implementation of marketing activities regarding chm and workplace health promotion at the location
- creating an annual health report for the location
3. Providing expertise in the field of chm for the location
- consulting the location management, esh management, other managers and other internal functions regarding strategic decisions in chm and its implementation
4. Assurance of compliance
- implementing the quality criteria of the luxembourg declaration
- implementing the internal esh standards and the guidelines of chm
5. Collaboration with internal and external partners in chm.
- cooperation with external service providers such as eap or providers of workplace heath promotional activities
- collaboration with coporate health
- supporting the implementation of corporate programs and trainings (e.g. Healthy leadership, eap etc.)
6. Implementation of workplace health promotion.
- implementation of workplace health promotional programs at the location
*profile*:
- doctor medical degree (md) and valid license to practice the profession
- minimum 2 years of experience in companies or industries.
- availability to cover different work schedules.
