What a typical day looks like:
1. Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
2. Assist in reviewing and updating inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation.
3. Help in the documentation and follow-up of Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
4. Support investigation activities, including data collection for root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys).
5. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/SCAR/CAR).
6. Verify completeness and accuracy of Device History Records (DHRs).
7. Support tracking of quality metrics (scrap, yield, defects).
8. Participate in process audits, layered process audits (LPAs), or internal audits.
9. Assist in verification of effectiveness (VoE) activities by collecting and analyzing data.
10. Support document control activities, ensuring latest revisions are being used on the floor.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to support quality-related topics.
