This role is responsible for leading client relationships at a regional and global level, ensuring the effective management of briefs, timelines, and the delivery of integrated media solutions aligned with business objectives. The position plays a key role in driving strategic thinking, fostering cross-market collaboration, and ensuring consistency in execution across markets. Key responsibilities lead and manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to the client. Develop and oversee media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple markets. Drive high-level strategic discussions to ensure alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables. Support the development of long-term (e.g., 3-year) brand and media strategies, ensuring clear frameworks and guidelines for local teams. Enable local teams to execute annual planning in line with regional strategy and business priorities. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in execution. Consolidate, analyze, and translate market data into actionable insights to inform regional and global strategies. Ensure high-quality delivery of strategic recommendations, presentations, and outputs across all markets.desired skills & experience experience:7–10+ years of experience in media, strategy, or client leadership roles. Proven track record managingregional or multi-market accounts. Experience working withglobal clients and complex organizational structures. Technical & tools:strong knowledge ofintegrated media ecosystems(digital, offline, performance, commerce). Experience with platforms such as: google marketing platform (ga4, cm360) meta ads, google ads programmatic platforms (dv360, the trade desk or similar) retail media / ecommerce platforms (amazon ads or similar) advanced proficiency inexcel / google sheetsfor analysis and reporting.
