Job summary we are seeking an experienced salesforce business analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, design and configure salesforce solutions, and manage salesforce-related projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers to ensure that salesforce solutions align with the company's objectives and integrate smoothly with other enterprise systems.
responsibilities: • collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into scalable salesforce solutions. • collaborate in the design and configure salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, reports, and validation rules, ensuring alignment with business needs. • manage salesforce project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation, including scope management, timelines, and deliverables. • create and maintain detailed documentation to support the project lifecycle and system understanding. • coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless data flows and reporting. • educate and promote salesforce best practices to enhance crm efficiency and user adoption. • assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritizing requirements for upcoming releases. • conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system changes meet business and functional requirements. • provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and users on new features and functionality.
skills and qualifications: • hands-on experience with salesforce (sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, cpq), including knowledge of its architecture, configuration, and limitations. • familiarity with agile methodologies, including scrum, safe, and devops practices, and tools such as jira and confluence. • proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications, use cases, and configuration requirements. • proficient in process mapping tools such as visio or lucidchart. • strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • ability to work independently and proactively, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
