Job description
as a senior corporate sales executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through partnerships. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with partners, enabling them to effectively sell our solutions to their customers.
key responsibilities
* develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with resellers/partners focused on the corporate segment (sme).
* coordinate all sales activities with partners to ensure successful closure of opportunities, mainly via coaching of partner's sales teams.
* monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain assigned account ownership and block competitor advancement.
* coach partner sales reps to interact with prospects in large or complex deals, positioning the value of our solutions as supported by roi, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data.
* ensure a high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure, shorten the sales process, and improve win rates to achieve real volume business.
* support the enablement of partners to independently drive business using various resources, including demand generation plans, competency plans, resource utilization plans, and presales coaching plans.
requirements
* minimum 3-5 years experience in sales.
* knowledge in one or several solution areas, such as lob, mobility, in-memory, bydesign, ba&t, b one, baio, or in a certain industry.
* understanding of multi-channel go-to-market models and principles of solution selling through partners.
* sme channel experience and knowledge of erp market.
* local market knowledge and understanding.
