we’re looking for an enterprise account manager to manage and grow a named book of business within the enterprise segment, covering organizations with $1b–$5b in revenue. In this quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, you will drive customer retention and expansion across existing dataiku accounts and pursue high-potential net-new opportunities to grow your customer base. You’re customer-obsessed and deliver technical and business outcomes. You’ll take a land-and-expand approach: build strong stakeholder relationships, map the account, uncover whitespace, and lead the transition to our new support model to drive adoption and growth.
what you’ll do:
retain & grow customers: drive adoption and value realisation, identify risk early, and protect renewals.
deeply understand your assigned customers and develop a strategy to identify and engage with all buying centres
