Responsibilities
* manage and operate the company’s tiktok account, community and app, including content planning/creation, publishing, and maintenance.
* develop clear and effective tiktok growth strategies, drive follower growth and engagement, and showcase proven success cases.
* manage and optimize user engagement strategies across community and app, including ugc activation, user retention, and online/offline activity design. Responsible for community and app.
* collaborate with product, retail, service, and design teams to develop integrated digital campaigns that connect tiktok and community and to ensure high-quality content aligned with brand identity.
* build and manage the oppo mexico ambassador team (core content creators), encouraging high-quality content generation and increasing loyalty.
* track social and industry trends to develop timely, relevant content and drive continuous audience engagement and follower growth.
* monitor performance metrics (video views, engagements, mau, retention) and propose improvements through data‑driven analysis.
* have basic knowledge of content production and good skills in video shooting and editing.
requirements
* excellent english writing and reading ability; good skills of copywriting in spanish.
* marketing, advertising, design and/or communication degree is preferred.
* at least 5 years of social media platform experience, especially with tiktok, is preferred.
* be passionate about content creation and have good skills in video editing, relevant work cases are needed; have basic data analysis skill.
* have strong user empathy and user insight.
* having many fans on social media celebrities is preferred; having a chinese learning foundation or overseas study background is preferred.
* energetic, hard‑working, and a true team player; logical and detail oriented.
* have excellent listening skills, curiosity, and a passion for embracing challenges; not afraid to share and motivate your ideas.
