Inter-con is everywhere security matters job description we are seeking a business development assistant to support our u.s. based business development team in identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales processes. This role is integral to leveraging business intelligence platforms and salesforce to drive lead generation, enhance growth strategies, and support marketing initiatives. Please submit resume in english primary responsibilities conduct daily business intelligence searches on government and private procurement platforms to identify new business opportunities. Generate and distribute daily opportunity reports for the business development and inter-con leadership teams. Register inter-con as a diverse supplier on commercial and government procurement platforms. Register inter-con on fortune 500 procurement portals for security guarding services requests for proposals (rfps). Update salesforce with new minority business enterprise (mbe) and vendor registrations. Perform on-demand due diligence research to support proposal development. Assist in executing marketing campaigns via email and outbound calls. Maintain positive, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Review opportunities to determine officer schedules and staffing plans to assist with cost estimates. Implement client engagement strategies across all levels within a targeted opportunity. Identify client pain points, concerns, and key priorities through direct contact, leveraging business development and program resources. Qualifications bachelor’s degree required, with 2-3 years of business development experience required. Salesforce proficiency (salesforce certification is a plus). Technologically savvy with experience using ms office suite, intermediate to advanced excel skills required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take on challenges. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high demand setting. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with inter-con executives.
