What you will do
ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives through efficient management of human resources, materials, and equipment in metalworking, automotive, or chemical processes.
how you will do it
operational management:
supervise and administer production processes, ensuring compliance with standards (iatf 16949, iso 14001/45001).
implement lean manufacturing (5s, tpm, kanban) and statistical process control (spc).
lead high-performance teams and manage inventories using systems like qad/sap.
safety & quality:
halt operations in the event of risks (safety, quality, or environmental) and conduct incident investigations.
audit processes (lpa), validate first-piece approval, and manage non-conforming products.
ensure proper ppe usage, lockout/tagout (loto), and special work permits.
execute projects using green belt/gemba coach methodologies.
train multi-skilled operators and certify competencies.
perform root cause analysis (8d, 5 whys) and standardize solutions.
what we look for
education: bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechatronics, chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
experience: 3+ years in production supervision (automotive, chemical, or metalworking sectors).
technical skills:
proficiency in office, sap/qad, spc, and iso/iatf standards.
knowledge of battery production (preferred).
ethical leadership, proactiveness, and results-driven mindset.
effective communication and conflict resolution.
preferred
industrial safety certifications (stop, safetrack).
experience in payroll systems and ead team management.
