The role involves daily interaction with contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, monitor quality, and manage interfaces with other disciplines. Time is split between design reviews, site inspections, coordination meetings, and documentation follow‑up through to handover.
how you’ll make an impact
* review and coordinate architectural and fit‑out design packages to ensure alignment with siemens energy standards, functional needs, and approved scope.
* supervise on‑site architectural and fit‑out works, ensuring execution complies with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals.
* verify materials, finishes, and workmanship through inspections, mock‑ups, and sample approvals to maintain quality standards.
* identify and resolve design clashes and constructability issues across architectural, mep, civil, and structural interfaces.
* participate in walkdowns, punch list activities, and handover processes to ensure complete and compliant delivery of works.
* track progress, manage non‑conformities, and review as‑built drawings and o&m documentation related to architectural scope.
what you bring
* bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
* minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural and fit‑out works for industrial or large‑scale construction projects.
* strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, details, schedules, and technical specifications.
* solid knowledge of building codes, fire and life safety requirements, and international architectural standards.
* proven experience coordinating with contractors, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
* intermediate to advanced english proficiency with strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

The architectural / fit‑out engineer works closely with project management, engineering, construction, ehs, quality, and commissioning teams to deliver high‑quality building spaces. Collaboration with global and local siemens energy stakeholders and external partners is central to ensuring safe, compliant, and functional project outcomes.
