*basic information*
- salary range: $28.00-40.00 usd/hour (low cost of living areas and very tax friendly)
- bonuses: sign on bonus of $3,000.00 split into the 2-year contract
- reimbursements: up to $2,000.00 in reimbursement for relocation expenses
- other opportunities: opportunity for eb-3 green card sponsorship upon renewal of a 2-year contract, and opportunity for mobility within the hospital network.

*requirements*:
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in mental health-related field such as long-term care, psychiatric hospitals or clinics, behavioral health, etc.
- must be willing to take and pass nclex/toefl/pte if you don't have it
- must have "licenciatura en enfermeria)
*position summary*:
the mental health rn provides professional nursing care through:
- skillful assessment
- diagnosis
- outcomes identification
- planning, implementation
- evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader.
- assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities.
- maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.

- 3 months of orientation
- 2 weeks classroom preparation
- preceptorship
- monthly specialized training
