job responsibilities
your missions: as project manager, you will be the true orchestrator of guerlain's marketing and retail strategy across two major areas:
* trade marketing french antilles (70% of time)
planning
* participates with the area manager in the development of marketing, trade, visual merchandising, digital, training plans and the a&p investment strategy.
* creates 360° packages on our key franchises, customized by retailer.
* prepares and presents 360° plans to retailers, supports the area manager in negotiations.
* calibrates n+1 launches and develops sales product and posm forecasts.
execution
* executes animation plans, visual merchandising plans (visuals, planograms, soft merchandising), coordinates the production of sales support tools.
* builds trusting relationships with our subcontractors, negotiates quotes, monitors production until installation.
* controls the performance of our actions and ensures the quality of execution at the point of sale.
* controls and monitors the a&p budget.
spa project manager
(30% of time)
* scope: cheval blanc st barth, belmond cap juluca anguilla, belmond maroma mexico, rosewood são paulo and potential openings.
* 360° management of spas (commercial, marketing, merchandising, pr, crm).
* coordinates the opening of new spas from a to z.
* adapts the marketing plan. Manages sales product & posm forecasts for new products.
* defines and implements the clientelling plan to develop local clientele.
* collaborates with the merchandising team on the implementation of the merchandising plan (soft & hard) and ensures perfect execution.
* organizes pr / vip events in partnership with the spa teams.
profile
your profile:
* experience: minimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing, ideally acquired in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector.
* skills: master office tools (powerpoint, excel) and speak fluent french and english (spanish is a plus).
* personal qualities: autonomy, proactivity, organization, rigor, ability to work in a team and build remote relationships.
* age requirements to meet: over 18 and under 28 years old on the date you apply and register on the mon vi website. The assignment must start no later than your 29th birthday (bearing in mind that a v.i.e contract always starts on the 1st of the month).
* be french or a european citizen.
* be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence id n°).
* have a clean criminal record.
* be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment: no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your v.i.e.
* accept the letter of appointment that you sign with business france which sets out your rights and your duties during your assignment.
