About the role we are looking for a regional digital marketing manager who is a hybrid of a data-driven strategist and a sharp executor. You will not just "supervise" campaigns; you will build, optimize, and scale our digital pipeline across canada, brazil, and spanish-speaking latam. This is a pure b2 b corporate environment. We don't do vanity metrics; we build marketing to generate real revenue. If you know how to convert technical complex products into high-performing digital strategies, alignment with sales teams (sdrs), and continuous roi optimization, this is your place. Key responsibilities (what you will actually do): paid media & seo execution: directly build, manage, and optimize google ads and linked in ads campaigns. You will own the regional budget and be strictly accountable for the results. Ai & seo positioning: drive organic growth by implementing traditional seo practices and optimizing content for modern ai-driven search engines (geo/aio). Sdr & sales alignment: bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will supervise the sdr process, ensuring the lead routing mechanism is flawless and analyzing the conversion rate from mql to sql. Content & collateral localization: adapt, update, and deploy corporate sales kits, brochures, and technical digital kits. You will translate complex product features (often coming from our global hq) into sharp, value-driven regional content. Requirements (what you must bring to the table): experience: 4+ years of proven experience managing digital marketing exclusively in b2 b environments (saa s, technology, telecom, or industrial sectors). Hard skills: deep, hands-on expertise in google ads, linked in campaign manager, google analytics 4 (ga4), and hub spot/salesforce (or similar crm/automation tools). Languages: 100% bilingual (english and spanish). You will write campaigns and sync with teams in english for canada/global hq, and execute in spanish for latam. Mindset: highly analytical, execution-oriented, and structured. You don't wait for things to happen; you build the workflow and execute. Data-driven reporting: build and maintain bi-weekly performance dashboards. You will present clear, fluff-free conversion data and metrics. Monthly salary: usd 2,800- usd 3,500 (gross)
