More specifically, you will handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients. Drive growth by upselling and cross‑selling digital marketing services. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long‑term partnerships. Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for clients. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue; experience working with us clients. Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success. Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, ai‑driven marketing, and performance analytics. Brownie points for experience in media planning and data‑driven marketing strategies. Familiarity with data visualization tools (tableau, power bi), google analytics, and crm software. Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Experience managing and motivating a team.
