in this role, you will work closely with plant leadership and hr to identify and develop the capabilities necessary to support operational excellence and strategic growth. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, the talent management lead will ensure that the plant's workforce is equipped with the skills and competencies needed to meet current and future business demands. You will have the opportunity to drive transformation and implement development projects and change management initiatives in one of molex's most automated plants.
*who you are (basic qualifications)
- proven experience in a manufacturing environment in talent management roles, with a focus on both direct and indirect labor positions.
- demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness through problem-solving techniques.
- strong capability to engage with employees (both direct and indirect labor) to support change management and talent management strategies with a results-driven approach.
- fluency in english.
