about the role
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial production supervisor to join our team. As an industrial production supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively.
key responsibilities
* monitor line performance: safety, quality, compliance, productivity, production schedule, cost and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
* actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
* leader will be fully supportive about lean manufacturing.
* responsible for ensuring safety throughout the production process.
* create, communicate and maintain a quality culture thru metrics like fpy & dpu, be supportive in problem solving investigations.
* develop and execute sustained continuous improvement processes.
* line optimization thru lean tools like yamazumis, std work combination sheet & takt attainment.
* evaluate performance objective and metrics to determine productivity desired.
* weekly / monthly / quarterly production plan follow up.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
* minimum of 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing.
* fluent english.
* knowledge in green belt six sigma / power bi / erp.
* integrity.
